REQUIREMENTS  .

As per state licensing regulations parents must supply:

• Certification of compliance with parent manual
• Registration forms/Emergency contact forms
  
• Current immunization forms
  
• Permission for emergency care form
  
• Permission for application of topical products form Permission for transportation
  
• For a child to be withdrawn from the program, a two week notice is required. Failure to do so will cause the account to continue to ensue more weekly tuition payments. 
  

Pricing:

• Infant - $150 weekly
• Toddler/Preschool Age - $150 weekly
  
• School Age before/after care - $95 weekly
  
• School Age summer camp - $145 weekly
  
• Preschool only - $95 weekly
